1. In the "State standard and the program of step of the higher education" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 23, 2010 No. 75 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 4, Article 365) to make the following changes:

1.1. to give the third paragraph of subitem 8.7.1 in the following edition:

"The study amount in the curriculum is determined by credit units and one credit is equated by 30 o'clock.";

1.2. give subitem 8.7.5 in the following edition:

"8.7.5. Terms of academic year on full-time of education constitute 40 weeks. Each semester consists of 20 weeks (including, 5 weeks of examinations). In the correspondence form of education academic year constitutes 32 weeks. Each semester constitutes 16 weeks (including, 1 week on examinations) and for each semester 24 credits are established.".
