About entering of amendments into the Instruction about order of registration of tax delivery notes in the General electronic register of tax delivery notes approved by the Order of the chief of GGNI No. 446 of June 21, 2012.
According to Art. 133 of the h. (1) the item c) the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of 24.04.1997 I ORDER:
1. The instruction about order of registration of tax delivery notes in the General electronic register of tax delivery notes approved by the Order of the chief of GGNI No. 446 of 21.06.2012 (Official monitor No. 131-134/802 from 29.06.2012), to add with Item 18 of the following content:
"18. In case of registration in the Register of the tax delivery note issued according to provisions of Art. 1171 of the h. (4) the Tax code, in the heading "Fiscal Code and Name of the Company", need to be specified code - 117-1-4."
2. To management of clerical work and archiving to bring this order to the attention of all territorial state tax authorities, structural divisions of the Main state tax authorities and GP "Fiscservinform".
3. To provide to general management of taxes and fees the publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
