About approval of forms of certificates of advanced training of appraisers

According to part three of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity in Ukraine", for the purpose of establishment of single forms of certificates of advanced training of appraisers I ORDER:

1. Approve such forms of certificates of advanced training of appraisers which are applied:

the certificate of advanced training of appraisers in the direction of assessment of property: "Assessment of objects in material form"

the certificate of advanced training of appraisers in the direction of assessment of property: "Assessment of complete property complexes, shares, securities, property rights and intangible assets, including rights to intellectual property items".

The paragraph the fourth is excluded according to the Order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 04.12.2014 No. 2734.

2. To assign signing of certificates of advanced training of appraisers to the chairman of Examination committee.

3. To provide to the head of department concerning estimative activities submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of coordination of development and accomplishment of program documents, assessment and the order objects of state-owned property.
