About some questions of veterinary activities

1. Approve enclosed:
Regulations on procedure for establishment and removal of quarantine;
the list of infectious diseases of animals in case of which withdrawal of the sick animals and (or) animal products received from them is made.
2. Recognize to invalid:
Items 1 and 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 1995 No. 475 "About measures for further development of veterinary case in the republic" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1995, No. 25, the Art. 624);
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2003 No. 493 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 1995 No. 475" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 46, 5/12307).
3. To Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for Item 2, becoming effective in month after official publication of this resolution.
