1. This Procedure determines use mechanism in 2013 of the means provided in the government budget according to the "Performance of Works according to the State Target Programs and the State Order in the field of Space Industry, including the Nation-wide Target Scientific and Technical Space Program of Ukraine" program for implementation of actions for development of space activities and production of the space equipment (further - budgetary funds).
2. The main manager of budgetary funds and the executive in charge of the budget program is GKA.
3. Budgetary funds are used for the purpose of the solution of topical issues of development of society in the field of scientific and educational information, cultural, ecological, social and economic, ensuring national security and protection of geopolitical interests of the state and go for task performance and actions which are determined by the actions plan by the development of space activities and production of the space equipment for 2013 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2012 No. 790.
