1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 10, 2007 N 150 "About payment procedure of compensation of transportation expenses to participants of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 12, by Art. 1415; 2008, N 2, Art. 117).

2. To perform financing of the expenses connected with payment to participants of the State program for rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation of compatriots, living abroad, compensations for expenses on moving to future place of residence within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget to the Federal Migration Service on implementation of the specified State program for the next financial year and planning period.

3. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2013.
