About modification of some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan
I DECIDE:
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2015 No. 152
2) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 16, 2012 No. 435 "About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the above-named Decree:
exclude Item 3.
2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state bodies to take other measures following from this Decree.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This Decree becomes effective since March 26, 2013.
