Regulations on military transport obligation

I. General provisions

1. The military transport obligation is established for timely, high-quality and in full providing Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan with vehicles, other troops, military forming and bodies, and also created on wartime of special forming (further hereinafter are referred to as - troops, forming and bodies) during mobilization and in wartime.

In this Provision vehicles are understood as the rail, air, road, animal and pack transport, motorcycles, tractors, road-building, hoisting-and-transport and other machines and mechanisms.

2. The military transport obligation is component of mobilization preparation and mobilization in the Republic of Tajikistan and consists in holding the actions connected taking into account, advance preparation and provision of vehicles to troops, forming and bodies and also in ensuring work of these vehicles.

In this Provision provision of vehicles is understood as their delivery, transfer and use for the benefit of troops, forming and bodies.

3. The military transport obligation extends on:

ministries and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan;

bodies of the executive government on places and local self-government in the settlement and the village;
