At the same time the specified regional programs shall contain including actions for creation (determination) of economic society with participation of the subject of the Russian Federation which core activity is rendering services in the field of information and navigation activities.
The procedure for provision of budget investments to legal entities, not being the public and local government offices and state or municipal unitary enterprises, is stipulated in Clause 80 Budget codes of the Russian Federation.
Taking into account stated, subjects of the Russian Federation shall provide budget investments to the specified economic societies within realization of the automobile routes of regional programs aimed at information and navigation providing at the expense of means of budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation taking into account subsidy from the federal budget for the specified purposes according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 80 Budget codes of the Russian Federation.
