These rules of state registration of space objects and rights to them (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 17) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2012 "About space activities" and determine procedure of state registration of the space objects of scientific, social and economic and dual purpose (further - space objects) belonging to physical persons or legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the rights to them and also the space objects belonging to foreign physical persons or legal entities, started in space from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
