About modification of the List of persons having the right to office premises
For the purpose of providing favorable housing conditions to the employees of territorial authorities of public administration and bodies of prosecutor's office appointed in accordance with the established procedure in the territory out of the permanent address, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. In Item 20 of the List of persons having the right to office premises, the Cabinet of Ministers approved by the resolution of January 27, 2000 N 24 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, N 1, Art. 7), shall be replaced with words words of "the office of the ministries and departments" "offices of the ministries, departments and their territorial subdivisions, employees of bodies of prosecutor's office".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
