About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Pensions act of the national social insurance No. 156-XIV of October 14, 1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 42-44, of the Art. 247), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:
1. In parts (1), (2) and (5) Articles 16, parts (1) and (2) Articles 43, parts (1) and (3) Articles 44, parts (1) and (2-1) Articles 46 of the word and figure "in part (1-1) Article 42" and "part (1-1) Articles 42" shall be replaced with words also in figures "in parts (1) and (1-1) Article 42".
2. Part (1-1) articles 42 after the word are "established" to be added with the words "for men", and to exclude the words "both for men, and for women".
3. Part (articles 43 after words "all monthly" to add 3) with the word of "insured".
4. In part (3) Article 46-2 of the word "both for men, and for women", shall be replaced with words "for men and 30 years for women,".
Art. II. - In Item 2 of article III of the Law No. 56 of June 9, 2011 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 107-109, of the Art. 280) of the word "as" and "and for women", to exclude.
Art. III. - (1) the Pensions established according to the Law No. 56 of June 9, 2011 on modification and amendments in some legal acts are reviewed according to part (1) article 42 of the Law No. 156-XIV of October 14, 1998 on pensions of the national social insurance for the period of time since December 20, 2011.
(2) Are reviewed according to this law of the decision on refusal in award of pension to insured persons who did not satisfy the conditions provided by the Law No. 56 of June 9, 2011 on modification and amendments in some legal acts, for the period time since December 20, 2011.
