About modification and amendments in the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 8:

part (to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "The size of one-time award shall not exceed monthly salary (official pay rate) of the awarded worker.";

add Article with part (3) the following content:

"(3) Persons holding responsible state positions in bodies of local public authority have the right to the annual award in the amount up to three monthly salaries paid from income gained in addition to approved for financial year at the expense of the local taxes and charges, provided on the basis of the decision of competent regional authority. This award is provided on the basis of the internal regulations approved by the decision of the relevant local council and is paid in February of the year following after year for which the award, for the account and within the budget approved the current year is provided.".

2. Part (Article 21 to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) Monthly allowances for military (special) rank are established according to appendix 9, and the length-of-service allowance is paid monthly as a percentage to base pay taking into account the monthly allowance for military (special) rank, respectively actually to worked time, in the following sizes:
