About entering of amendments into some legal acts

Art. I. - The law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash No. 909-XII of January 30, 1992 (repeated publication: 2004, Art. No. 80-82, 413), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 21-1 of the following content:

"Article 21-1. Increase in pensions

(1) Pensions which size after indexation does not exceed on April 1, 2013 1300 lei raise since April 1, 2013 on percent 8,25.

(2) the Expenses connected with increase in pensions become covered from the government budget.".

Art. II. - The law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies No. 1544-XII of June 23, 1993 (repeated publication: 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 752), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with article 65 of the following content:

"Article 65. Increase in pensions

(1) Pensions which size after indexation does not exceed on April 1, 2013 1300 lei raise since April 1, 2013 on percent 10,4.

(2) the Expenses connected with increase in pensions become covered from the government budget.".

Art. III. - Provide monthly state financial support to some receivers of the pensions granted based on the Pensions act of the national social insurance No. 156-XIV of October 14, 1998 whose size after indexation does not exceed on April 1, 2014 1300 lei, depending on category of receivers of pensions in the following procedure since April 1, 2014:
