Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Rules of preparation of regulatory legal acts of the federal executive bodies and their state registration approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 13, 1997 N 1009 (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, N 33, Art. 3895; 1999, N 8, Art. 1026; 2009, N 12, Art. 1443; 2010, N 9, Art. 964):

a) add Item 14 with the words "and if when conducting anti-corruption examination in this act corruptogenic factors are revealed";

b) add Item 15 with paragraphs of the following content:

"If the federal executive body in which registration of regulatory legal act it was refused in connection with identification it corruptogenic factors does not agree with the conclusion of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, this federal executive body holds with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation meeting within 10 days from the date of receipt of refusal. By results of meeting in case of not settlement of disagreements according to the corruptogenic factors specified in the conclusion of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation the federal executive body which published regulatory legal act draws up the protocol which is signed by the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation and the head of this federal executive body or on specifying of heads of federal executive bodies by their deputies.
