About modification of the Instruction about the organization of providing and provision by the serviceman of the Security Service of Ukraine and to members of their families of premises

According to article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine", the Procedure for providing the military personnel and members of their families with premises approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 03, 2006 No. 1081, and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for the organization of providing the military personnel of the Security Service of Ukraine with premises I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Instruction about the organization of providing and provision by the serviceman of the Security Service of Ukraine and to members of their families of premises approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of November 06, 2007 No. 792, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 26, 2007 for No. 1308/14575, such changes.

1.1. In the Arab figures to replace numbering of Sections with numbering in the Roman figures.

1.2. In the Section III:

1.2.1. In the paragraph the second Item 3.9 of the word "as well" to exclude.

1.2.2. After Item 3.15 to add with new Item 3.16 of such content:

"3.16. In case of annulment of marriage on accounting together with the serviceman there are only members of his family who according to the judgment remained with it and in case these family members full age, - in their written consent.".
