1. In the name, the text of the order and Item 1 of the Standard regulations on archive division of the public authority, local government body, the state and utility company, organization and organization approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 10, 2012 No. 232/5, of the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 10, 2012 for No. 202/20515, "public authorities" in all cases shall be replaced with words "state bodies" in the corresponding case.
2. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 12, 2012 No. 578/5 "About approval of the List of standard documents which are created during activities of public authorities and local self-government, other organizations, the companies and the organizations, with indication of storage durations of documents", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 17, 2012 for No. 571/20884, such changes:
2.1 in the name and the text of the order of the word "public authorities and" in all cases shall be replaced with words "state bodies and bodies" in the corresponding case;
