About modification of the Procedure for servicing of citizens by rail
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for servicing of citizens by rail approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1997 No. 252 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 12, page 167; 1999, No. 42, Art. 2096; 2002, No. 34, Art. 1588, No. 37, Art. 1736; 2004, No. 31, Art. 2067; 2007, No. 41, Art. 1618, No. 87, Art. 3196; 2009, No. 11, the Art. 325), changes which are applied.
2. Determine that the travel documents acquired to the introduction in operation of this resolution without specifying of surname and name are valid both landing in the train and journey are performed without presentation of the document which proves the identity.
3. This resolution becomes effective in 15 days from the date of publication, except Items 1, of 3, of 7, 11 and paragraph two of Item of 12 changes approved by this resolution which come into effect from the date of state registration of public joint stock company of rail transport of the general use formed according to the Law of Ukraine "About features of formation of public joint stock company of rail transport public".
