About some questions of organization of education "The Polesia state university"

For the purpose of enhancement of regional system of training of specialists with the higher education and ensuring further development of organization of education I decide "The Polesia state university":

1. Transfer organization of education "Polesia state university" (further - university) from subordination of National Bank to subordination of the Ministry of Education.

2. Determine that:

2.1. the main activities of university are:

training of specialists with the higher education and scientists of the top skills;

implementation of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities for the purpose of development of bank system, biotechnological industry, small and medium innovative entrepreneurship in the region of the Pripyat Polesia, internal and entrance tourism in this region, physical culture and sport, information technologies;

2.2. since 2014 financing of expenses on functioning of university, including expenses on functioning of lyceum, universal sports complex and the educational and medical center, payment of grants to students, allowances to grants for progress in study, scientific and social job and rendering financial support, comprehensive scientific and methodical and medicobiological support of training of athletes on rowing and to water sports, is made at the expense of means of the republican budget, means received from the activities which are bringing in incomes and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation;

2.3.  No. 108 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 06.04.2017

3. Make changes and addition to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
