About amounts and sources of financing in 2013 of purchase of modern agricultural machinery and the equipment

For the purpose of providing the organizations of agro-industrial complex with the modern machinery and equipment, construction, repair and upgrade of production facilities of these organizations:

1. Determine that in 2013:

1.1. financing of the Republican program of equipment by the modern machinery and equipment of the organizations of agro-industrial complex, construction, repair, the upgrade of production facilities of these organizations for 2011-2015 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2011 No. 35 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 12, 1/12321), is performed at the expense of sources and in amounts according to appendix 1;

1.2. purchase and financing of the modern machinery and equipment in amounts according to appendix 2 are performed by the organizations which are granted the loans of banks for purchase of the modern machinery and equipment according to appendix 3 for a period of up to July 1, 2021 with their repayment since January 1, 2014 without interest payment for use of them for the purpose of the subsequent transfer of such machinery and equipment to the organizations of agro-industrial complex on the terms of finance lease (leasing). The term of transfer specified the machinery and equipment on the terms of finance lease (leasing) shall correspond to loan granting term;
