About some measures for ensuring development of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of increase in role of small and medium entrepreneurship in development of economy of the Republic of Belarus, determination of the main measures of state policy in this sphere the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish development indicators for 2013-2015 of small and medium entrepreneurship:
in the Brest region according to appendix 1;
in the Vitebsk region according to appendix 2;
in the Gomel region according to appendix 3;
in the Grodno region according to appendix 4;
in the Minsk region according to appendix 5;
in the Mogilev region according to appendix 6;
in Minsk according to appendix 7.
2. Approve the enclosed package of measures for achievement of indicators of development of small and medium entrepreneurship in areas and Minsk for 2013-2015 (further - package of measures).
3. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom quarterly to the 10th following reporting quarter to inform the Ministry of Economics on the course of realization of package of measures.
4. To the Ministry of Economics:
provide coordination of activities of contractors of package of measures for its realization;
quarterly to the 20th following reporting quarter to inform Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on the course of accomplishment of package of measures.
5. To confer the personal responsibility for ensuring accomplishment of package of measures on heads of state bodies and organizations - contractors of actions of package of measures.
6. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
