In preamble of the word and figures "the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 13, 2000 "About approval of the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) of medicine and the amount of collection for state registration (re-registration) of medicine" shall be replaced with words No. 1422 also in figures "The procedure for state registration (re-registration) for medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 26, 2005 No. 376,".
1.2. In subitems 1. 1, 1.2 Items 1 after the words "medicine" to add with words "/medicine (medical immunobiological medicines)".
1.3. State Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The fact of state registration of medicine makes sure the registration certificate on medicine, the fact of state registration of medical immunobiological supply is confirmed by the registration certificate on medicine (medical immunobiological medicines).".
