1. Approve the Procedure for confirmation for import to Ukraine of seeds and landing material of plant varieties for selection, pilot works and exhibiting which is applied.
2. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Senya O. V.
