M. about generalization of court practice of consideration of civil cases with foreign element, being guided by Item 2 parts two of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges", the plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases DECIDES:
1. Sytnik O. M. to take information of the judge of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases into consideration.
2. Charge to trial chamber on civil cases together with management of studying and generalization of court practice and statistics on the basis of generalization to prepare the information letter to Appeal Courts.
3. On materials of generalization to prepare the relevant resolution of plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases.
