1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2011 No. 184 "About rates for services of telecommunication and mail service public" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 128, 8/24373; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 04.08. 2012, 8/26207; 13:12. 2012, 8/26628) following changes:
1.1. state appendix 1 in the following edition:
