About modification and amendments in the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. 3. In Article 119:

- consider parts 6 and 7 respectively parts 5 and 6.

4. Add the code with Chapter 24 (1) the following content:

"GLAVA 24(1). HEARING OF CASES ABOUT RECOVERY OF THE LOST LEGAL CASE

Article 202 (1). Procedure for hearing of cases about recovery of the lost legal case

1. Hearing of cases on complete or partial recovery of the lost legal cases ended by decision making or removal of determination about the termination of judicial proceedings on case is made by economic court in general procedure for claim production according to this Code and separate features provided by this Chapter.

2. Proceeedings about recovery of the lost legal cases are initiated by economic court based on the statement of persons participating in the lost case.
