About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state fee"

Article 1. 1. Add Article 1 with the paragraph third the following content:

"-authorized state body - the central executive body of the government, authorized to exercise control of receipt of taxes and other obligatory payments according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;".

2. In Article 4:
