Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 15, 2001 N 166-FZ "About the state provision of pensions in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 51, Art. 4831; 2002, N 30, Art. 3033; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; 2006, N 48, Art. 4946; 2007, N 16, Art. 1823; 2009, N 30, Art. 3739; N 52, of the Art. 6417) following changes:

1) in Item 3 of Article 15 of the word "854 rubles" shall be replaced with words "1 208 rubles 90 kopeks";

2) in Item 2 of Article 16 of the word "854 rubles" shall be replaced with words "1 208 rubles 90 kopeks";

3) in Article 17:

a) in paragraph four of Item 1 of the word "854 rubles" shall be replaced with words "1 208 rubles 90 kopeks";

b) in Item 2:

in the paragraph the second "subitem 2" shall be replaced with words words "subitem 2.1";

in paragraphs four and the fifth the words "854 rubles" shall be replaced with words "1 208 rubles 90 kopeks";

4) in Item 1 of Article 18:

a) in subitem 1 of the word "2 562 rubles" shall be replaced with words "3 626 rubles 71 kopeks";

b) state subitem 2 in the following edition:

"2) to disabled people since the childhood of the I group and to handicapped children - 8 704 rubles a month;";

c) add with subitem 2.1 of the following content:
