About modification and amendments in article 8 of the Law on domestic trade No. 231 of September 23, 2010

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 8 of the Law on domestic trade No. 231 of September 23, 2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 206-209, of the Art. 681), with subsequent changes, to make the following change and addition:

in part (4) Items е), g), h) and i) recognize invalid;

add Article with part (5) the following content:

"(5) in case of the combined trade payment of acquired goods is performed by cash or on clearing settlement, at the choice of the client, and activation of the certificate of access for the client by means of the special device allowing to identify the client shall precede issue of tax delivery note. Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication, except for article I provisions concerning amendment of article 8 part (5) which becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
