About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 11 of the Law on the National center for fight against corruption No. 1104-XV of June 6, 2002 (repeated publication: 2012, 683), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. 209-211, of the Art. in the following edition:
"Article 11. Financing and material logistics
(1) Financing and material logistics of the Center are performed at the expense of means of the government budget and shall cover estimated value of all its activities so that the Center could effectively, it is efficient and in full to perform the activities.

Art. II. - In the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 35-38, of the Art. 148), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Part (2) Article 1 after words "and public order", to add with the words "according to the prevention and fight against corruption".
2. Article 4 after the words "and public order" to add with words "bodies for the prevention and fight against corruption,".
3. Add Article 6 with part (2-1) following of content:
"(2-1) For the persons holding responsible state positions, performing activities in the National center for fight against corruption, the total amount of earnings consists of the monthly salary provided by appendix 3, of the allowance for qualification category established according to part (3) Articles 21, of the allowance for special rank established in the amount of, provided in appendix 9, of the allowance provided by part (3) this Article, and the allowance, stipulated in Article 21-1.".
4. Add Article 8-1 with part (4) the following content:
