attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 15 to 25 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 150 to 250 conventional units.".

2. In part (Articles of the 405th figure "93," to exclude 1).

3. Add the code with Article 416-1 of the following content:

"Article 416-1. State inspectorate for geodetic, technical supervision and mode

(1) Offences, stipulated in Article 93, are established by the State inspectorate for geodetic, technical supervision and the mode.
