Article 1

Article 32.4 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 1, Art. 1; 2006, N 1, Art. 4; 2007, N 41, Art. 4845; 2011, N 1, the Art. 10) to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. The judge's ruling on confiscation of the thing which was the tool of making or subject of administrative offense in the field of customs affairs, responsibility for which is provided by Chapter 16 of this Code, is performed by the customs authority which performed withdrawal of the specified thing, by its transfer to the body (organization) authorized (authorized) Government Russian Federation on the order by the goods turned into federal property, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of October 2, 2007 N 229-FZ "About enforcement proceeding" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 41, Art. 4849; 2011, N 50, Art. 7352) following changes:

1) Article 1 to add with part 3 following of content:

"3. Conditions and procedure for execution of separate court resolutions, acts of other bodies and officials can be established by other Federal Laws.";

Part 1 of article 5 after words of "officials" to add 2) with the words "according to the procedure, established by this Federal Law".
