Article 1

Bring in the Housing code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 1, Art. 14; 2007, N 1, Art. 14; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; 2009, N 23, Art. 2776; 2010, N 31, Art. 4206; 2011, N 23, Art. 3263; N 50, of Art. 7343; 2012, N 53, Art. 7596) following changes:

1) in Article 155:

a) state part 6.1 in the following edition:

"6.1. In case of the conclusion condominium or housing cooperative or other specialized consumer cooperative of the agreement of management of the apartment house the payment for utilities is brought by persons specified in Items 1 - 5 parts 2 Articles 153 of this Code, management company, except for the case provided by part 7.1 of this Article.";

b) add with part 7.2 following of content:

"7.2. In case of the conclusion person specified in Item 6 parts 2 Articles 153 of this Code, contracts of management of the apartment house with the management company which is selected by results of the open tender provided by part 13 of Article of 161 of this Code and also if the agreement of management of the apartment house is signed with the specified person according to part 8 of Article of 161 of this Code payment for premises and utilities are introduced such management company.";

c) add with part 7.3 following of content:

"7.3. When implementing by the builder of management of the apartment house without the conclusion of the contract of management of such house with management company the payment for premises and utilities is brought by person specified in Item 6 parts 2 Articles 153 of this Code, to the builder.";

d) add with part 7.4 following of content:
