For the purpose of uninterrupted providing state-financed organizations with heat energy and reduction of rates in compliance with real production costs the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power (NARE) DECIDES:
1. Approve rate for the heat energy delivered to consumers of MT of "Retelele Termice Criuleni" in the amount of 2 870 lei/Gcal (excluding VAT).
2. In appendix to the resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 404 of February 2, 2011 (The official monitor No. 22-24/128 of 4:02. Line item of "MT of "Retelele Termice Criuleni" 1686" to exclude 2011).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication and is valid before completion of heating season of 2012-2013.
