Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of December 27, 1991 N 2124-1 "About mass media" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 7, Art. 300; Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 30, Art. 2870; 2000, N 26, Art. 2737; N 32, of Art. 3333; 2002, N 30, Art. 3029; 2005, N 30, Art. 3104; 2006, N 31, Art. 3452; N 43, of Art. 4412; 2007, N 31, Art. 4008; 2011, N 29, Art. 4291; N 30, of the Art. 4600) following changes:

Article 4 to add 1) with part six of the following content:
