Article 133 to add 1) with part vtoroy.1 the following content:

"2.1. According to the procedure, established by this Chapter, on criminal cases of private prosecution persons specified in Items 1 - 4 parts two of this Article have the right to rehabilitation, including the right to indemnification if criminal case was brought according to part four of article 20 of this Code, and also convicts on the criminal cases of private prosecution brought by court according to article 318 of this Code in cases of complete or partial cancellation of conviction of court and justification of the convict or the termination of criminal case or criminal prosecution on the bases provided by Items 1, 2 both 5 parts one of Article 24 and Items 1, 4 and 5 parts one of article 27 of this Code.";

"5. Criminal cases concerning persons specified in article 447 of this Code are initiated according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause the 448th of this Code.";

"8.
