1) preamble after words "subjects of the Russian Federation," to add with words of "local government bodies";

2) in Article 1:

a) Item 3 after words of "federal executive bodies" to add with words "executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation,";

b) in Item 8 of the word "on protection of the Russian Federation against armed attack" shall be replaced with words "in the field of defense";
