Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 1998 N 124-FZ "About basic guarantees of the rights of the child in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 31, Art. 3802; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; N 52, of Art. 5274; 2007, N 27, Art. 3213, 3215; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; 2009, N 18, Art. 2151; N 23, of Art. 2773; N 51, of Art. 6163; 2011, N 30, Art. 4600) following changes:

Article 1 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

"trade in children - purchase and sale of the minor, other transactions concerning the minor, and recruitment, transportation, transfer, concealment or obtaining, equally committed for the purpose of its operation;

exploitation of children - use of occupation prostitution by minors and other forms of their sexual exploitation, chattel slavery (services) of minors, servile status of minors, unlawful taking at minor bodies and (or) fabrics, illegal adoption (adoption) of the minor from mercenary motives;

the victim of trade in children and (or) exploitation of children - the minor who was affected by trade in children and (or) exploitation of children, including involved in trade in children and (or) subjected to operation irrespective of availability or lack of its consent to implementation of the actions connected with trade in children and (or) exploitation of children.";
