Article 1

Bring in part one of article 53 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 25, Art. 2954; 2003, N 50, Art. 4848; 2009, N 52, Art. 6453; 2011, N 50, Art. 7362) following changes:

Article 2

To add 1) with part four of the following content:

"4. Consent to withdrawal from the place of permanent residence (stay) in certain time of day, on visit of the certain places located within the territory of the respective municipality or on departure out of limits of the territory of the respective municipality is given by criminal and executive inspection to the convict in the presence of the following exceptional personal circumstances:

a) death or serious illness of the close relative, life-threatening patient;

b) need of receipt of medical care by the convict if required medical care cannot be received in the place of permanent residence (stay) of the convict or in the territory limits set by court;

c) impossibility of further finding of the convict in the place of permanent residence (stay) in connection with natural disaster or other force majeure;
