According to articles 17 and 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and occupational disease which entailed disability" and for the purpose of implementation by working bodies of executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine of transfer since March 01, 2013 of monthly insurance payments to the victims (members of their families) board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Procedure for appointment, transfer and carrying out insurance payments approved by the resolution of board of Fund of April 27, 2007 No. 24, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2007 for No. 715/13982 (with changes), such changes:
1.1. In Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of the word and figures "Procedure for establishment by medikosotsialny commissions of experts of extent of loss of professional working capacity as a percentage to workers to whom the damage of health connected with the accomplishment of labor obligations approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 22.11.95 No. 212, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.03.96 for No. 136/1161 is caused (with changes)" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Procedure for establishment by medico-social commissions of experts of extent of steady loss of professional working capacity as a percentage to workers to whom the damage of health connected with the accomplishment of labor obligations approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of June 05, 2012 No. 420, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 16, 2012 for No. 1387/21699 is caused".
