This Procedure determines the mechanism of collection of collection on development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing (further - collection) in the sizes established by the Tax code of Ukraine, and use of the means provided in the government budget according to the "State Support of Development of Hop-growing, Laying of Young Gardens, Vineyards and Berry-pickers and Supervision of Them" program (further - budgetary funds).".
