1. Determine that public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation till July 1, 2013 have the right to accept one of decisions, stipulated in Item 1 orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 27, 2012 N 857 "About features of application in 2012 - 2014 of Rules of provision of utilities to owners and users of rooms in apartment houses and apartment houses" including if public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation made the decision, stipulated in Item 2 the specified resolutions.
2. The decisions made by public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation according to Item 1 of this resolution extend to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2013.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
