About pay increase of work of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that since January 1, 2013 in the staff list official pay rates (tariff charges) of workers respectively in such sizes are established:

1 job grade - 1147 hryvnias;

2 job grades - 1152 hryvnias;

3 job grades - 1162 hryvnias;

4 job grades - 1172 hryvnias;

5 job grades - 1182 hryvnias.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, Art. 1699; 2005, No. 34, Art. 2064; 2008, No. 100, Art. 3308; 2010, No. 35, Art. 1210, No. 50, Art. 1631, No. 72, Art. 2573, No. 88, Art. 3096, No. 101, Art. 3629; 2011, No. 24, Art. 975, No. 38, Art. 1558; 2012, No. 3, the Art. 94) and of October 25, 2008 No. 939 "Questions of compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 82, the Art. 2764, No. 100, Art. 3308; 2010, No. 35, Art. 1210, No. 101, Art. 3629; 2012, No. 3, the Art. 94) changes which are applied.

To the ministry of social policy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Culture with participation of labor unions of the budget sphere quarterly to consider results of accomplishment of the consolidated budget of Ukraine for the last quarter and to make offers concerning wages increase of workers of the budget sphere, including government employees, reduction of cash gap between official pay rate (tariff charge) of the worker of 1 job grade of the Single scale of charges and minimum wage in the presence of opportunities of the consolidated budget of Ukraine.
