1. Approve the basic standard rate of assignment of part of profit which goes for dividend payout by results of finansovokhozyaystvenny activities in 2012 of economic societies in which authorized capital there are corporate laws of the state (further - the basic standard rate), in the amount of 30 percent.
2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade to bring the basic standard rate to subjects of management of corporate laws of the state.
3. To subjects of management of corporate laws of the state in case of nonpayment till July 1, 2013 by economic society in which authorized capital there are corporate laws of the state, of dividends by results of its financial and economic activities in 2012 to take measures to contract cancelation with the head of such economic society.
4. Authorize the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade to provide explanations concerning application of the basic standard rate.
