Approve the Procedure and conditions of provision in 2013 for subvention from the government budget to local budgets on financing of actions for reforming of system of provision of administrative services which are applied.

Procedure and conditions of provision in 2013 of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on financing of actions for reforming of system of provision of administrative services

1. The data Procedure and conditions determine procedure for granting in 2013 of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on financing of actions for reforming of system of provision of administrative services (further - subvention).

2. The main manager of subvention is the Ministry of Economic Development.

Managers of subvention are determined by decisions on such budgets according to the legislation by local budgets.

3. The subvention is provided for the purpose of implementation of actions for reforming of system of provision of administrative services according to the Law of Ukraine "About administrative services" by ensuring functioning in of Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad, Kiev, Luhansk, Lviv, Poltava, Kharkiv and Khmelnytskyi of the centers of provision of administrative services (further - the centers) and goes to the city budget:

1) Vinnytsia for:

acquisitions of the server, network hardware, computer equipment;

acquisitions of system of reserve food;
