1. Approve criteria by which the risk degree from conducting economic activity is estimated and frequency of implementation by Public service is determined by safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections of planned actions of the state supervision (control), according to appendices 1-4.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
