The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. In Item 3 of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About recovery of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt" (2012, Art. No. 32-33, 413) words and figures "on January 1, 2013" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine also in figures "on January 1, 2015".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
