According to Item 1 of article 17 of the Agreement on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries of January 25, 2008, considering the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2012 No. 287 "About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of preliminary anti-dumping duty concerning the bathtubs pig-iron enameled, coming from People's Republic of China and imported on single customs area of the Customs union", based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market on results of anti-dumping investigation concerning the bathtubs pig-iron enameled, coming from People's Republic of China and imported on single customs area of the Customs union, the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of 25 January of 2018 inclusive of anti-dumping duty in the amount of percent 51,87 from customs value to the bathtubs imported on single customs area of the Customs union pig-iron enameled, coming from People's Republic of China, classified by the FEACN CU code 7324 21 000 0.

For the purposes of application of the specified anti-dumping measure the goods are determined both by the FEACN CU code, and description of goods.

2. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and FCS of Russia:

provide collection of the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision;

provide implementation of offsetting of the amounts of the paid (collected) preliminary anti-dumping duty established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2012 No. 287, in anti-dumping duty and transfer into the single account of authorized body of that state member of the Customs union and the Common economic space in which they were paid.

3. This Decision becomes effective on May 26, 2013.
