1. Recognize invalid:

2) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 13, 2005 No. 1615 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 20, 2002 No. 949" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 30, the Art. 381).
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
