About provision in lease to the Republic of Belarus of the parcel of land for placement of guest complex of Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation

considering friendship for the purpose of further development of mutual cooperation and acceleration of economic integration between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation,
agreed as follows:
The Russian side provides provision to the Belarusian Side in lease for a period of 99 years the parcel of land located in Moscow, Ulitsa Profsoyuznaya, ownership 123A with a total area of 57 939 sq.m, cadastral number 77:06:0008009:1932, for construction and the subsequent operation of guest complex of Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation (further - guest complex).
The Belarusian Side in case of the address of the Russian Side guarantees provision of the parcel of land in the Republic of Belarus on the parity basis in lease for a period of 99 years with the rent in the amount of 1 Russian ruble a year for all parcel of land.
1. The annual rent for the leased parcel of land according to Article 1 of this agreement for designing and asset construction will constitute 0,01 of percent of the cadastral cost of the parcel of land established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and 1 Russian ruble a year for all parcel of land after input of guest complex in operation.
2. After entry into force of this agreement between authorized bodies of the Parties the lease agreement for the duration of this agreement which will determine conditions of use of the parcel of land specified in Article 1 of this agreement will be signed.
